The best sake I've ever had! Once you open the bottle, you should drink it within 3 days even if you keep it in the refrigerator. I imagine that you can enjoy the changes in flavor only for 3 days.

The aroma in the mouth is good! It is good chilled and straight, but if you drink it on the rocks, the flavor changes as the ice melts.
