Mysterious experience.
(1) Hakkaisan Daiginjyo, with a gusto, but the flavor of the rice seems to be concentrated. Delicious. (Left)
(2) Junmai Daiginjo, also from Hakkaizan, is light in the mouth and seems to go well with cheese, with a deep flavor. Some may find it a bit heavy. Delicious. (Right)
This is where it starts to get strange. When I drank from (1) to (2), I felt that (2) was tastier, but when I went back to (1) again, I felt that (1) was tastier..,
So they are both tasty drinks!
