When the bottle was opened, the cork flew open with great force, just like champagne. Pouring it out, it was like a sparkling wine.
At a low 13 degrees, it is surprisingly easy to drink, even for a sake beginner.
It is so easy to drink that one wonders if it is really sake, but one can taste the sweetness of the rice.
I finished it in one day. I would like to try this sake again.
