I've let it sit for quite a while, but Sentori Modern's Arabashiri - 🏃.
The bottle was opened and pushed.
The top clear liquid is quite tangy, light and refreshing. Alcohol 13 degrees? It's a much lighter wine-like soda water 😓.
I immediately mixed the tailings 😆.
Yes, the sweetness and acidity has increased 👍but it's still refreshing like a traditional sake!
Compared to the usual image of Sengoku, I thought it was much less acidic.
It has a light aftertaste, so I think I can drink it with meat dishes 😆.
I'm curious to see how it changes, so I'll leave it for a couple of days 😂.
Now I'm going to have that thing I won from Mr. Mekada☺.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Low acidity, glad I'm not the only one 😂.
Sentori, I think it's because you have high standards for good taste? I think the difference between the two was very clear 😄.
I hope to give you some of Mr. Mekada's soon✋.
