Good evening, Achoo-san. I thought we were having the same drink, but it turns out we're both from shoko's night 😳I was drinking at the table and I'm the one who excused myself before you. I didn't know you wrote about Sake no Wa...please take care of it for me. 🙇♀️
Hello, thanks for yesterday: ☺️
I've decided to keep a record at Sake-no-wa because I forget easily when I get a good drink or learn a story related to alcohol.
It's nice to meet you too 🙇.
Tasty and savory bitterness
Tart and heavy in specific gravity
Image of a habitual delicacy and a chibi chibi precious drink
When the temperature becomes lukewarm, sweetness comes out.
It tastes very sweet.
But the acidity and astringency make it go away.
It doesn't leave a sticky aftertaste, but... It is sweet! (This is just my opinion.)
It feels dry, but I think there is a characteristic balance that makes it feel dry, not only because of the alcohol, but also because of the convergence in the mouth caused by the acidity and bitterness (which is also savory). It has umami, but it is not sticky.
The atmosphere seems to change a lot depending on the temperature.
I had it cold and very pure 😋.
Sake that exits with a sense of harshness and alcohol.
The sweetness and aroma are thin and almost watery. Dry and refreshing. Slightly savory aftertaste (graininess).
Good as a food sake.
Low alcohol content of 13 degrees
A carefree cider vibe (not in a bad way)
A little acidity, little sweetness, easy to guzzle.
Slightly astringent and bitter taste to get rid of.
Ginjo aroma: ripe macca.
Slight mirin (sweet sake) atmosphere that would be good with warmed sake.
There is a hint of umami sweetness, but it seems to be drained away by the alcohol.
Oden🍢 and Abe Kankan.
It has a fruity but sharp taste.
What is this ginjo aroma, for example? It's a little mellow... And multiple flavors... Hmmm... Fruit milk?
It has a delicious sweetness, and it ends up being more of a plop than a quick cut. However, it is not so sticky due to the alcohol and the bitterness.
