It's been a while since I had a lunchtime drink. It's interesting to see the variety of one-cup drinks that are available these days. It's kind of cute. In some restaurants that don't seem to serve much sake, the fruity aroma is long gone and it's just sugar water. The fruity aroma is a mixture of loquat, pear, light banana, and melon. It is sweet, but since it is chilled to the perfect temperature, the alcohol taste will help you to enjoy it. The lingering aftertaste is a light savory flavor that is not too harsh.

A strange drink. Tastes like a rubber boat, smells like a 6.5mm wetsuit, black rubber not brown, for rubber fetishists, sesame scented. Some people recommend this drink, so maybe I just don't get it and it's flavorful.

Acidity 18.8 *Repeat venting while sticking an ice pick or a wood pick through the top of the crown. Cautionary note: This is a bad drink 😅If you look on the internet, you will see pictures of it exploding when you open the bottle. If the acidity of rice vinegar is 4.3, I don't think it's even 18, but it's very sour. It's like a sour French dressing if you eat it with chilled tomatoes.
