ラベルやお酒の名前が特徴的で気になってた三芳菊。
精米歩合40%
風味と旨みが独特で日本酒じゃないみたい。色が黄色いけど貴醸酒とか味醂系の味じゃない。
例えると冷たくひやした中国茶にお酢少しと柑橘を少し入れて水で飲みやすく薄めた感じ。みかん水。旨味が変わってて肉系の旨味。
アッサリしてるくせに旨味の余韻長い。不思議系だけど、何かの料理にビタァッ！と合いそう。

It's interesting to see the variety of one-cup drinks that are available these days. It's kind of cute. In some restaurants that don't seem to serve much sake, the fruity aroma is long gone and it's just sugar water.
The fruity aroma is a mixture of loquat, pear, light banana, and melon.
It is sweet, but since it is chilled to the perfect temperature, the alcohol taste will help you to enjoy it.
The lingering aftertaste is a light savory flavor that is not too harsh.
