I drank the same "Moon" before and enjoyed it.
Is it more sour than I expected?
I'd like to drink the moon one more time to find out.
(Note: I reviewed my previous post and found that the one I drank before was also "Yuki"...
When I went to the brewery to compare the different types of sake, I thought it was the best.
When we were comparing, we drank it cold, but we heated it up.
I usually call myself a sweet drinker, but this one was not too acidic and was delicious.
It's been a while since I've had Saijo sake.
It's been a while since I've had Saijo sake.
It's good. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from Kamotsuru, but it's good.
The mouthfeel isn't overpowering, but the flavor swells up nicely.
I usually warm it up, but as the label says, lukewarm was good.
I made a mistake and heated it up too much, which made the acidity a little too strong.
I was caught by the "Hida only" tag 😂The straw wrapped straw is also a nice touch.
It's easy to drink, but it's rich and delicious. It's not too harsh, so you can drink it easily.
But.... I wish they didn't write such things on the back of the label. The big companies are taking advantage of their scale and making good sake for everyday use. What is the attitude of trying to increase one's own value by undermining others? It's like "sake made in a big tank = added sugars and organic acids". If I hadn't read this tag, I wouldn't have bought it.
I wouldn't have bought it if I had read this bill.
It was a local liquor store, and the label was a good one.
It went in easily and had a mild aftertaste. It's good.
It's easy to drink, but it's a little hard to drink because it's 17-18 degrees Celsius.
It says "chilled," but I liked it better chilled.
A gift.
With gold dust. Is it for New Year's?
It's a Daiginjo, so it's refreshing, but it's also rather rich and delicious. It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma.
It's called "Winter Hiyasake," so we had it cold.
It was refreshing and delicious. Easy to drink. It was easy to drink.
However, it didn't have the freshness to make it pop.
When I heated it up, it was bitter and not very good.
Purchased on a trip. Double-sided儺" is a local legend, and is said to be a character in a popular anime, but I had no idea about it...
The first thing I felt was that it didn't seem like a Daiginjo. It didn't have any aroma that went through the nose, nor did it have a sharp taste. However, it was different from what I imagined, but I liked it quite a bit, as it was a soft, sweet, easy drinking sake.
The first sip after opening the bottle gives the impression that it is hard.
After about 3 days, I drank it again and the umami increased and it became more delicious.
I enjoy this kind of change in sake.
It is sweet, but is it also sour?
I bought it at a convenience store when I was looking for sake to heat up, and it said something about a heated sake contest.
I tried it cold, and it was still good.
Of course, it was good warmed too. The acidity is a little high.
It's great to be able to buy sake of this quality at such a reasonable price.
When I go on a long trip, I prefer to drink local sake, the unpretentious everyday sake that local people drink.
I always check the alcohol section of the convenience store. There is usually at least one cup of sake from a local brewery. This is my pleasure.
It's sweet. It's sweet, but not overpowering, and it goes down easily.
The aftertaste is sweetness and a little savory.
