First drink at Sendai's izakaya "Mr. Tree". First time drinking Number 6 in a while, and as usual it was a delicious drink. This time I drank it with their famous fried horse mackerel, but I wonder what kind of food it goes best with.

This sake has a refreshing sweetness. It is named Melon, but I didn't feel that much melon. But very fruity and delicious sake. In the aftertaste, there is a flavor (I don't know how to describe it) that is often felt.

At a sake bar in Yamagata. We were having a conversation about a recent impressive sake and ordered it just as it was in the bar. Refreshingly fresh, sweet and sour. It had been a little while since the bottle was opened, but it was a very tasty sake with a slight Shinmasa-ness to it.

At a sake bar in Yamagata. We ordered this sake because we wanted something a little different. It was a delicious sake with a strong acidity and umami flavor. The aftertaste was impressive, similar to the Iwate's "Saborinai Au" that I had a while ago (I still don't know how to describe it).

At a sake bar in Yamagata. Ordered this sake to compare with Nanadaru Nijukan. Since they are made from the same rice, they were equally fresh, fruity, and delicious sakes. I felt that this one was finished a little softer in taste.

At a sake bar in Yamagata. I came across a rare sake and ordered it. It was a fresh, fruity and very tasty sake that seemed more distinguished and powerful in flavor than the usual Jyushiyo. It was a good experience.

At a sake bar in Yamagata. The last time I drank it, I had a strong impression that it was a Brazilian sake, so I ordered it to check again. I could taste more ginger flavor than the last time I drank it. The Brazilian impression seems to have faded. The moderate sweetness was pleasant on the palate, and the herbal aroma made it easy to drink and a delicious sake.
