Here's one for tonight...
Holly and her husband love "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦)
We'll get it when we find a spec that we've never had before.
We were a little surprised to find that the acidity is unusually strong for "Kaze no Mori" (ωω), and we may also feel some banana and pear nuance in the back!
Then, take a sip... There is a bitter sourness that feels a little like grapefruit ( ˘ω˘ ), and behind that there is a beautiful, subtle sweetness that goes down your throat exceptionally well, and you can't help but drink more.
