A rare Tokyo sake! I looked it up and found out that they restarted sake brewing after 40 years..! The sake is non-habit forming, refreshing (not too crisp, not too strong, just right), and easy to drink. My first Tokyo sake 🍶 finally found it ✨.

First shot of 2026! Sentori's Yukidaruma with a horse on it was definitely going to be opened in the new year 🐎✨. Smooth mouthfeel and slightly effervescent cloudy sake! Delicious with just the right amount of sweetness ☺️☺️ I'm going to drink a lot of sake this year!

The store described the aroma as fresh, like that found in citrus fruits, but I personally didn't find it too much. It was not too sweet, not too sharp, and not too much in either direction. It does not interfere with a meal.

I had only ever had a Yamadanishiki Shinonoso, but compared to that, it was very fragrant. The aroma of the rice is high, and the sweetness is followed by a savory finish.

This one is my favorite among the Yuki no Mayu! (Nama-shu) Yamadanishiki character comes out, gentle sweetness and a little bitterness tighten the taste, and the aftertaste is light.

Since it is a draft sake, it has a sweet aroma reminiscent of pears and lychees, and the acidity tightens the aftertaste. At first, the sweetness is fluffy in the mouth. Recommended for those who do not mind sweetness!

I like it so much I think I'm on my 6th bottle... It's hard to think that I won't be able to get it anymore ( ;) ) It's a noble sake, but it's light and sweet with a perfect balance of acidity.

I prefer it chilled & may prefer it the next day or later once opened. After the lightness and acidity, the sharpness comes through properly at the end.

The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but a firm dryness follows. But then the dryness followed. Personally, I think it's a mid-meal taste.
