Hmmm... not my favorite, can't remember much...
It has the sake feel to it.
I was told that it goes well with soup stock.
It certainly wasn't bad. Sake>dashi broth is well-balanced.
I remember that it was close to my taste among the drinks I had that day...
It did not have a strong sake taste, but had a good acidity and umami, with a good balance of sweetness.
The lid flew off the moment I opened the package!
It's so shiny!
This year, the omachi didn't work out so well and it seems to be less sweet.
It's like a dry sparkling!
It's light and cloudy, which I like, but the dryness is stronger.
I was imagining green apple, but the sweetness and nectariness is not strong,
It is firmly sake-like.
There is plenty of mellowness reminiscent of spring.
However, it was not my favorite ( ;) ).
