It is dry but very drinkable. It is made using rice with a strong sweet taste, which is suppressed as much as possible. However, the sweetness cannot be suppressed and it has a sweet taste despite its dryness.

This product was made with yeast No. 6 from Shinmasa's Mr. Sato. The acidity is effective, but the gorgeousness spreads softly.

The product was made by sharing yeast No. 6 from Mr. Sato of Shinmasa...! It had a sharp finish with acidity and a bitter or astringent aftertaste.

TANI-IZEN's sake that was released by TANI-IZEN in collaboration with TETORIGAWA due to the earthquake disaster. It's hard to think that we will never be able to drink it again... This sake was made because there was only one tank left 🍶. The juiciness, sweetness, umami, and acidity are too much to resist. Ranks in the TOP of my favorites.

If you drink it without knowing anything about it, you won't think it's sake... I recommend it especially for those who are not good at sake! It's a sparkling wine with a weak wine taste. Sparkling sake with olive yeast 🍶✨.

Kangiku is a limited edition OCCASIONAL series, only once a year. After taking it into the mouth, a gorgeous feeling spreads. The mouthfeel is just to my liking. I would like it if it had a little more acidity.

Hmmm... not my favorite, can't remember much... It has the sake feel to it. I was told that it goes well with soup stock. It certainly wasn't bad. Sake>dashi broth is well-balanced.
