I had a bottle of Oroku Izumo Kojiya nigori that I had been wanting to drink for a long time. I let it settle down enough in the refrigerator, but I managed to open the bottle by opening and closing it, almost overflowing several times. It is a mess and healthy. Thank goodness for the screw cap. So the gas is quite strong enough to make my tongue chatter. The taste is like a lactic acid drink with a gentle sweetness and sourness followed by bitterness. If the drink is good, it is good with any food. 4.0 / 5.0

Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, miyamizu used, and sake brewed with a traditional sake yeast. I am grateful to be able to buy it at this price. This time we served it at room temperature. It had a strong flavor with plenty of rice flavor, but the acidity was a good balance, and the sake went down one after another. It is indeed a Nada sake. It was very delicious. Because of its beautifully colored appearance, it stands out quite well in a liquor store's refrigerator. As its cool appearance suggests, it is a sweet sake to drink on a hot day. Personally, it reminded me of a glass wind chime that relieves the heat in summer. It was a delicious summer sake with a lingering grapefruit-like acidity that snapped me out of it. 3.5 / 5.0

This was also purchased on a trip to Fukushima. This is the first time I have had Junmai Ginjo from Izumikawa. I was planning to buy this sake along with Yumeshin when I visited Fukushima. I was worried about whether or not I would be able to buy it, but I am glad I was able to do so. When I drank it, the aroma was mild and I felt it was a little dry. I bought this sake on a trip to Fukushima. It is a versatile all-purpose food sake that goes well with everything. I have never had a sake that is so soft and drinkable like water. This is a local brand of Yumeshin Shuzo, the brewer of the famous Naraman. I envy those who live in Fukushima. It was a sake that made me feel happy that I like sake. I will go back to buy more. 5.0 / 5.0
