I didn't get a chance to take a picture, but the special junmai was delicious, as it should be.
I thought it would be sweet, but it was a little tasty, but not too sweet.
It was slightly carbonated, rich flavor that made you think it was sweet, and the feeling of it disappearing after the aroma made me feel like I was in the middle of summer.
When I was new to sake, I used to only look for junmai daiginjos and drink them, but I became obsessed with the taste of rice and ended up going from junmai ginjo to loving dry junmai sake these days!
It's cheap and it's good.
For the first time, I found a junmai sake that tasted good.
To be honest, I thought I'd be satisfied drinking only a bottle of Kido Junmai sake, but I'm a cheater, so I'll continue to drink mainly Aizu sake in four-packs.
