It has a powerful mouthfeel that is typical of junmai and has a simple image. The aroma is mild. Personally, I find the taste reassuring. Most of the ingredients come from Hiroshima. The brewery is located near Sanuki Kompira-san.

This year's slaughter 🍶. 2022 brewing year. Wooden vat, No.1 The light texture is followed by a body-blow of nettlesome fruitiness and cedar aroma. The last part is a lingering aftertaste that quickly fades away. This is a start from a sake from Nara, which was a personal hit last year in both sake and local beer 🍻.

Happy New Year 🌅. The first bottle of this year. I was excited 🍶. I won the right to purchase it by lottery. Fresh and profound sensation. A truly special sake. I thought it was smooth at first, then gradually thickened like a pear, and finally changed to a tart aroma like a white peach. Happy feeling at the beginning of the year♪

Akaban Omachi 80% or more Polishing ratio 50%. It happened to be on the back menu of a sushi restaurant. It was my first experience with Jyushidai. It is fruity but without a strong aroma, clean but thick, and leaves a lingering aftertaste. It has a very strange taste. I would definitely drink it again, even if it is expensive. It is a gem that will make you think so.
