TototaroI had a hard time at work this week, so I opened a bottle 🥺.
Just enough fizz to cling to the tongue.
It's refreshing and delicious.
It reminded me of the shock I felt when the sake rice called "Sakemira" was introduced to the world.
The taste is overwhelming.
My partner, who is a sake beginner, said, "There is nothing left but the taste❗️".
and drank it at an unbelievable pace.
I'm not a strong drinker...
