Right after the freshness of the wood, the fruity comes in both fresh and ripe, and the sweetness and acidity disappear quickly with a lingering aftertaste.
The sweetness and acidity lingered and disappeared quickly. I thought it was a superlative taste, with many different elements spreading on the tongue, but still firmly integrated.
