Shinomine is my favorite sake. It has the powerful flavor that only Omachi can provide, but it also has a sharpness that makes it delicious to drink. However, the first day was the most delicious. I also prefer Aizan in the same Junmai Daiginjo. 4.0

This is a bright pink label La Maison Yamadanishiki. I don't know what the difference is between this and the La Maison I drank before, but it has the acidity that is typical of Jiheiji and is delicious. 3.5
