As the weather gets cooler and cooler I want to drink dry sake as the weather gets cooler and cooler. I found a lineup of local sakes from Kanagawa at my usual liquor store, so I chose one from there. I chose one of them. It was dry, refreshing, and full of flavor. It was the sake I had wanted to drink.

This is the third bottle I bought on my trip to Fukushima. When we went to Ouchi-juku at the end of our trip I was lured to buy it by the words "matured sake" which is only sold here. I was invited to buy it. The aroma is subdued and the taste is refreshing. It is good as a food sake.

This is the second bottle I bought on my trip to Fukushima. A music drink that I grew up listening to Mozart. I had seen it on TV, so I stopped by the brewery. We also went to the sunflower field of the title. The aroma is subdued and the taste is refreshing, like water. It was the perfect sake for a mealtime drink.

This is the first time I have had sparkling sake. It seems to be carbonated. The fruity sweetness is followed by the carbonation and then the bitterness. I could enjoy a variety of flavors, from the fruity sweetness I was able to enjoy the various flavors.

It was pressed in the morning on March 10. Straight-drafted, unfiltered, raw sake. The Jungin we had before felt like a banana Today's one has a delicious taste of melon and Slight bitterness afterwards. I drank it with yellowtail sashimi.
