I want to drink dry sake as the weather gets cooler and cooler.
I found a lineup of local sakes from Kanagawa at my usual liquor store, so I chose one from there.
I chose one of them.
It was dry, refreshing, and full of flavor.
It was the sake I had wanted to drink.
