2020-07-26 At Mr. Tree. I asked for a recommendation to finish it off. Metaphysics is out 😍 I was surprised by the appearance of Zhiyuan, but... I was surprised to drink it 😆. Drinking this Jikken has made me very addicted to sake 🙂

Serve at room temperature. The first bite...melon. But...as soon as the scent quickly disappears, your throat gets a little hot. Second sip...a mild sweetness spreads. The spiciness is gone and it's very easy to drink. Today's entrée is a cheese hamburger.

When you drink it at room temperature, the aroma is fruity. One sip and you can taste the spiciness for a second. Immediately the spiciness is gone. It's not as appealing as I thought it would be... It doesn't interfere with the cooking. I'll have medium fatty tuna today.
