Purchased locally as it is an original creation of the Ota-ya Sake Shop near Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Suzuka City. The aroma is modest, with a hint of banana. It has little gasiness and sweetness, followed by a moderate acidity.

It seemed to be a good sake for a meal, so we enjoyed it with chicken with chicken breast.
