When the cork is opened, the gas is so strong that carbonation rises from the bottle.
The top aroma is subdued, and a dry and moderate bitterness lingers in the mouth.
It is a nigori sake only, and you can taste the flavor of the rice!
It seemed to be a good sake for a meal, so we enjoyed it with chicken with chicken breast.
