Haven't bought sake in a while!
They use rice from Mr. Kitajima, who is known as a master rice grower in Fukuoka. It is said that the farmers, breweries and liquor stores collaborated to make this sake, so at this point, I have high expectations☺️.
The aroma is ramune, vanilla, and banana type.
It has a watery mouthfeel and soaks through quickly.
At the end, it has a delicious taste.
Not too light, not too heavy. It was a delicious sake.
What kind of food should I pair it with?
It is a sake that you can enjoy drinking while
