Second update. I drank too much and skipped updating.
First time at Akabu. And I started with my first autumn sake. Apparently, it is a renewed product.
The summer sake had a gorgeous taste, but this autumn sake has a smooth texture and a subdued flavor. It has a fruity flavor, and is best drunk on a cool autumn evening.
The sweetness seems stronger on the third day.
This is perfect for fall.
