The sweetness filled my mouth from the first sip, and by the time the sweetness wore off, I felt a moderate alcohol stimulation leaving my mouth to the back of my mouth. The taste is, of course, superb! It is the perfect sake for summer. It goes well with Hirosaki shime saba (mackerel), which does not need soy sauce, and a little bit of wasabi on top. It was the perfect luxury after a long weekend of work.

The first cup was easy to drink! I immediately finished the first cup, but I took the second cup slowly to savor it thoroughly. The second glass was a little slower, but I wanted to savor it more thoroughly! It is a very Toyobai-like sake, easy to drink, but it has a very strong flavor. I even think this is the charm of Toyobai. It is a shame that it is only available at the brewery, but it is also a delicious and luxurious sake that will make you enjoy a luxurious time.

AKABU AIR was also exhibited at CRAFT SAKE WEEK. As the name "clear and fresh sky" suggests, it has a cool and refreshing feeling and a very fruity flavor. It is really easy to drink, and one after another, one after another, one after another, one after another, one after another, one after another. Wow, it was delicious. I drink it every day, little by little, suppressing my desire to have another glass one after another.

I opened the cork, remembering that in the past I had blown the cork of a bottle of Sanzo all the way up to the ceiling. However, it didn't spill and I was quite relieved. When I poured it into the cup, I saw a large amount of bubbles. First, I drank only the supernatant. The gaseous and sweet taste, like sparkling wine, is really delicious. I forgot to take a picture of it, but when I poured it into the cup, it turned pure white. The light bitterness of the ori (ori) combined with the sweetness of the sake made it even more delicious. The taste of the sake is just as good as Toyobai's, with a stable, refreshing taste. I have enjoyed all of Toyobai's sake, but this was another delicious sake.

It has been more than a decade since my wife and I have had a drink together at an inn in Ikaho. It was only because our sons have grown up that we finally had this kind of time. It is an izakaya named Hitomotoko, located on the first floor of a long-established ryokan called Tenbo. I told them I wanted a junmai local sake, which was not on the menu, and this is what I got. What a beautiful blue bottle. It was light and a bit dry, like old-fashioned sake. Still, I wanted a local sake, so I was satisfied!

Sourness on the palate, followed by a fruity, refreshing sensation. The taste is so good that it is hard to believe it is a special pure rice. The swamp spreads!

This was my first time at Yoshida Kura. The sourness and light gassiness spreading from the mouth is what I thought a craft sake would be like, but all of them participating in CSW have all different tastes! I'm too poor in vocab to describe it, but it's really good too. Every brewery is awesome!

The taste is completely different from the usual sundries. While the gasiness is unique to San-Do, the sourness comes before the sweetness, and the complex flavor fills the mouth. It leaves a delicious mix of both acidity and sweetness.

A sweet aroma wafts into the air, and the mouth can't resist. The unbearable sweetness and flavor spread to the mouth. The thickening that lingers in the mouth for a while also flows away nicely. This may be my favorite Akabu!

When I asked my best friend who was on a business trip yesterday, he told me that the cherry blossoms had already fallen in Aomori City, but I still waited to purchase this Hyakushikazakura until it bloomed in Aomori. It did not disappoint, with a taste that lingers in the mouth for a while after drinking, and a stimulation that goes down the throat. It is my favorite flavor! Vinegared ice-head, it goes well with it again.

The first time I opened the bottle in two weeks, it was the first time I had ever produced it. I forgot to be careful when opening the bottle. The cork blew out with great force and hit the ceiling. Thank God there was no hole. It has a wonderful gasiness, sweetness, and drinkability. It goes well with Tochi-age oil. I think this sake is now in the realm of cocktails. Compared to a quarter of a century ago when I first fell in love with sake, I was deeply moved by the evolution of sake and the efforts of sake breweries.

Here it is, the original light and dry style of Drunken Whale! I was prepared for the sweetness of a Junmai Daiginjo, but I was betrayed in a good way. My favorite flavor of Drunken Whale, the spiciness, spreads all over my mouth, and then it slips away fleetingly and refreshingly. I can't stop being a fan of drunken whales. I dared to try it with pork kimchi, and it was amazing how it didn't get in the way. And it casually takes the spiciness of the pork kimchi with it. Is it magic? I chose this sake as a follow-up to Akabu, and it seems my choice was right.

This is the first Akabu I got from Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for local sake dealers. I chose this bottle from among a large number of sake varieties. I chose a terrible sake. I met another delicious sake. The moment it hits your mouth, it has a full-flavored sweetness, a richness, and above all, my wife's favorite, a gaseous sensation. Is this a fine sparkling wine? No, it has more flavor than sparkling wine because it is not sparkling! This is amazing. It is too delicious. I managed to limit it to one gong, which was a waste, but I didn't need any snacks. I kept it in Vacuvin to remove the air so that this gassy feeling would not be lost. The first half of the bottle was drunk with Akabu alone, and the second half was served with stir-fried pork with sweet and spicy sauce made by my second son. It is definitely an aperitif rather than a food sake. It is a dangerous liquor, not to be drunk too much on an empty stomach, but I felt it was best served as an aperitif or with dessert!

A good friend had warned me in advance that the lid would fly off when I opened the bottle, so I peeled the resin from the stopper while holding the head of the lid. After I finished peeling it off and took a breath, I felt the lid hit the palm of my hand, which I held loosely with a "pop. Time difference! I almost wasted my best friend's advice. Like a sparkling wine, it's got a strong gassy sensation, mouthwatering sweetness, and just the right amount of acidity! I thought this was another sake that went well with dessert. Even when drunk as an aperitif, it seems to complement the meal that follows. Even my wife, who says she doesn't know much about sparkling wine, was very satisfied with this sake.

A Valentine's Day drink prepared by myself, a day late. I drank it with my wife. It has a thick mouthfeel, a strong richness, and a moderate acidity. I was told that special pure rice from Tasake was used instead of brewing water, which explains the richness of the sake. I thought this sake would go well with dessert, but it seems to go well with Western food as well. Of course, you can enjoy it just by itself without any snacks. This sake looks like wine. The bottle is not transparent, but has sparkling work on it, which is also stylish. All the rice wine is delicious.

A can of sake given to me by a good friend. The pleasant bitterness and flavor spread out and then slipped away. The snacks were cream cheese and raisins pickled in sakekasu made by my best friend. Blue cheese is not shown in the picture. The bitterness of these snacks enhanced the flavor of the sake, and the bitterness of the sake lees and blue mold that lingered on the palate was easily swept away. This is another truly delicious sake I have encountered.

It has the flavor of tasake itself, but with a slight spiciness that is different from the tasake we usually drink. It is a wonderful sake, and as always, delicious. My best friend says, "You can never go wrong with Tasake. It is true. I felt it was the best sake I have ever had to go with Japanese food. I served it with gindara (silver cod) dipped in sake lees that my best friend bought all the way from Aomori. It was worth the five days of marinating, and the sweetness and flavor of the sake soaked into the fish, making it a perfect match for the sake, especially with the Gin-Karasu. As I have already mentioned, when drinking tasake as a food sake, miso soup made with white miso goes well with it. (It may be my personal preference, but... I am from Aichi Prefecture and I prefer red miso soup by nature.) Please give it a try if you like.

This is a gentle Junmai Daiginjo made in Bizen Omachi, and it too has a slight sweetness for a drunk whale. A moderate tanginess enhances the taste of snacks such as blue cheese and smoked fish, and the flavor is so clean that the fleeting aftertaste quickly fades away. It is not dry (although I did not find it dry), but I believe that this sensation is unique to drunken whale. It has been more than 20 years since I first encountered drunken whales, and this and another sake I recently encountered on the recommendation of a good friend, Tasake, are also among my favorites for their ephemeral aftertaste. However, I may have wanted a little more of the hard-to-express peculiarity that is typical of drunken whales, but there is no doubt that it is a very tasty sake.
