A bottle I bought to drink with my best friend. It is an unusually sweet drunken whale. But the peculiarity that lingers in the mouth leaves my favorite flavor firmly in place, with a fleeting, clean flavor and aftertaste as if nothing had happened. I still love it, drunken whale. I tried it cold and hot, and it was luxurious. Hot sake is good too! But the quirkiness is a bit blurred. It's a matter of taste, but for me it was better served cold. I finished the bottle I had with my best friend, and it was a memorable experience.

This is also a bottle that my best friend bought for me. I invited my best friend to my home and enjoyed a wide variety of sake. It is a very tasty sake with a particularly rich aroma. I tried it both cold and hot, but the sweetness increases when it is heated. Of course, I could feel the gaseous sensation of the raw sake, which made it my favorite sake.

The two sakes were compared before and after the nigori sake was mixed. The moment both are in the mouth, it is the mellow aroma and sweetness of the tasake that appeals strongly to the palate. Plus, both have a tingling sensation on the tongue as if they are still fermenting in the mouth. Before mixing, it was naturally light and refreshing, and after mixing, the sweetness remained for a while after drinking. Both were snack-free, but the one before mixing went very well with the grotesque yellowtail kama in the foreground of the photo (no need for soy sauce). For me, Tazake is a head and shoulders above the rest in umami.

This sake was given to me by a good friend of mine. The aroma is peculiar and may be to different tastes. Heating it up increased the sweetness and flavor. I drank it cold, but I personally prefer it heated rather than warmed. It tastes even better!

I couldn't resist this bottle because of its lovely label. It had just the right amount of acidity and sweetness, a tingling sensation that lingers on the tongue, and a refreshing aftertaste, making it a quintessential Toyobai. What hooked me on Toyobai was its compatibility with snacks and meals. It makes food taste even better. For example, I just grilled yellowtail kama as a snack, but it didn't need any salt or soy sauce. The Toyobai brought out the flavor of the fatty yellowtail kama itself.

Being a freshly pressed sake, one would think that a similar raw sake would not have developed its flavor yet, but one would be mistaken. It has all the characteristics that we love about drunken whales: sourness, spiciness, peculiarity, and a clean aftertaste, but with a tingling sensation that makes you think it is still fermenting on the tongue. It is enjoyable enough without any snacks. This time, we used smoked cartilage and tongue as snacks, which also went great with this sake.

Comparison of Takachiyo's "Junmai Ginjo Makiki" and "Shiboritate". The brand name is exactly as shown on the menu. We had them at the Japanese restaurant "Yuta" in Kawabanga, on the 2nd floor of the GALA-Yuzawa Ski Center. The Shiboritate Nama had a refreshing taste, while the Junmai Ginjo had a well-established flavor, and both were delicious. The junmai ginjo was well established in flavor, and both were delicious. It soaked into my body after an exhausting day of skiing.

Iga Aoyama's Beautiful Sake, a 300ml bottle of draft and a 180ml can of fire-aged sake. My best friend bought it for me as a souvenir from a business trip. Always grateful. When I started drinking the draft, I thought it was 60% polished sake, but the taste was so clean and unrefined that it had a distinctive aroma that lingered in the aftertaste. I like sake with this kind of habit or flavor. The next time I drank a can, the flavor spread further, and I even felt a sensation of it passing through my nose. This is delicious! While stewing a tomato nabe for dinner with my family, I enjoyed the can with some sashimi. After that, I finished the fresh bottle to accompany the nabe. It goes great with both sashimi and tomato nabe! It was a beautiful sake.

Shiboritate nama (freshly squeezed) cold brewed early in the tank. It has a non-habitual acidity and a gaseous sensation that spreads. It is really good too. Personally, I would prefer a little more flavor, but it makes the sweetness of the squid sashimi taste even better. Otters are so popular and well-known that I can drink them with confidence. It is a luxury and a happiness to be able to drink wonderful sake from all over Japan at home, including the ones I have had so far.

Urahasen. A bottle recommended by a good friend. It has a moderate acidity and a sweetness that goes away quickly, and the flavor lingers for a while after drinking. This is delicious! It also goes well with spicy snacks. I really wanted to go with the sashimi recommended by my best friend, but I forgot to shop for it, so I will try it next time.

I drank this all last weekend. #Photo left One of the best bottles. As I have mentioned many times, there was a day when I drank it with my best friend, a sake taster who taught me how to make tazake. When the last drop dripped, I was so sad. No need for snacks, it was a wonderful bottle.

After emptying the Toyobai, we finished with Tasake Yamahai. Tasake is a great sake that doesn't need any snacks, and Yamahai goes well with Wasabi-zuke (pickled horseradish). #The Yamahai is the second one from the left, and the rightmost one is the Toyosai Daiginjo Nama-Honshu that we drank today. Tomorrow, I'll open a bottle of Urahachisen. #Urahacen was also introduced to me by a good friend who is a sake taster who taught me about rice wine. I wonder what would go well with Urahachisen. I'm looking forward to it.

For every drink that leaves, there is a drink that comes. You could say it's a replacement. More than 20 years ago, the president of the company I belonged to at the time taught me about real sake. I hope one day to be able to send this sake to the president and share a meal with him. I will keep it in the refrigerator until the day when I can open it with my best friend who taught me about Tasake.

I was sobbing as I emptied a bottle of Toyobai Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-Genshu. This sake, which I opened on my birthday, had a mysterious receptiveness that went well with all kinds of side dishes, while the rich sweetness that spread in the mouth was wonderful. I hope they will exhibit this sake again next year.
