I was prepared for the sweetness of a Junmai Daiginjo, but I was betrayed in a good way.
My favorite flavor of Drunken Whale, the spiciness, spreads all over my mouth, and then it slips away fleetingly and refreshingly.
I can't stop being a fan of drunken whales.
I dared to try it with pork kimchi, and it was amazing how it didn't get in the way.
And it casually takes the spiciness of the pork kimchi with it.
Is it magic?
I chose this sake as a follow-up to Akabu, and it seems my choice was right.
