This is the first Akabu I got from Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for local sake dealers.
I chose this bottle from among a large number of sake varieties.
I chose a terrible sake.
I met another delicious sake.
The moment it hits your mouth, it has a full-flavored sweetness, a richness, and above all, my wife's favorite, a gaseous sensation.
Is this a fine sparkling wine?
No, it has more flavor than sparkling wine because it is not sparkling!
This is amazing. It is too delicious.
I managed to limit it to one gong, which was a waste, but I didn't need any snacks.
I kept it in Vacuvin to remove the air so that this gassy feeling would not be lost.
The first half of the bottle was drunk with Akabu alone, and the second half was served with stir-fried pork with sweet and spicy sauce made by my second son.
It is definitely an aperitif rather than a food sake.
It is a dangerous liquor, not to be drunk too much on an empty stomach, but I felt it was best served as an aperitif or with dessert!
