A sake brewery in Himeji. I bought it for home when I was on a business trip. It is smooth on the palate, but has a full-bodied flavor, and is indeed an excellent sake from Banshu.
It is a Kinuhikari rice. Among the Kaze no Mori, it is more crisp than fruity, and is very drinkable. It pairs well with seafood dishes, as well as the comedian Chidori.
