Yushin十四純米吟醸

タロー
It is not very fruity and is light, with a hint of spiciness as it passes down the throat. It blends well with strong flavored fish dishes. The next day, when I drank it at room temperature, the spiciness became milder and I could drink it easily. Personally, I recommend room temperature.

タロー
This is the first sake I have ever had. For a junmai ginjo, it has a subtle aroma and a moderate sensation that goes down the throat. It's a taste that soaks into the body, making you feel more like a white wine than rice.

I bought it on the spot at a liquor store in my neighborhood. It has a good balance of aroma and fruity taste, and you can enjoy it as it is without any accompaniment.

タロー
As the name suggests, it has a gusto. The aroma and the fruity feeling like Junmai Ginjo are modest, but the flavor of the rice stands out in the foreground, and it has a strong drinkability. The next day, it seems to have lost some of its body and become mellower.

The moment it entered my mouth, I thought I could drink it quickly, but after it went down my throat, it became hot, and I felt that it left a strong presence even in a strong-tasting ate. The next day, I had the remainder, and my impression was almost the same as the day before. You can keep the feeling of drinking it, but it is not too strong, so you can keep drinking it.

This is my first time to try Kinryo's Junmai Ginjo. I thought it would have a strong fruity flavor, but it has a subtle aroma. The taste is somewhere between light and mellow. You can drink it without getting tired of it, regardless of the intensity of the flavor of the snacks. When I drank it the next day, the gate was removed and the sweetness increased.

A gift. It is the first time to drink Oroku. When I put it in my mouth, the aroma is something I've never had before. I thought it would be more intense, but it goes into the body quickly and is very easy to drink. Two days later, it became more mellow and less angular.

A gift from a colleague. Although it is said to be lightly fizzy, it actually has a strong sparkling sensation. It has a crisp taste and can be drunk as an aperitif or even without food.

We bought it by the jacket at a liquor store in our neighborhood. It has a fruity aroma and crispy flavor, but it is well balanced with strong flavored snacks such as boiled or grilled fish. And at only 1,200 yen for a four-pack, it's a great value. It's a definite repeat customer.

タロー
This is a winter limited raw sake. It is more smooth than Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma and flavor are elegant, and the freshness is strong. It is easy to drink and you will never get tired of it. This is also my favorite. Definitely a repeat!

タロー
The aroma is like that of old sake, and the flavor of the rice can be felt clearly. It has a slightly peculiar taste, but it does not overpower strong-flavored dishes at all, and the feeling of drinking it is amazing, so we recommend using it as a food wine rather than drinking it alone. The color is amber, and it is appropriate for the New Year.

The aroma is fruity like a white wine, but not too strong, and the sweetness is elegant, while the crispness is strong. I can drink it all the time, before and during a meal, and find myself going through the motions. Definitely a repeat!

The ginjo aroma that passes through the nose and the rice flavor that hits the throat are very well balanced and elegant. Personally, I think it is better to drink it without ate to feel the goodness of the taste. Definitely a repeat!

タロー
This is the first Junmai Ginjo Nakadare that I received as a gift. As expected, the rice polishing ratio is 50%, and although it does hit you in the throat a little, it is mellow and smooth, and it goes into your system like water. You can drink it all the time because you don't feel like you're drinking it in a good way, but it might be overpowered by strong flavored dishes.

It has a perfect balance between an aroma that reminds you of Ginjo and the firm, rich flavor of the rice. Both are assertive in a good way, so you won't get tired of drinking it, even with strong flavored dishes.

I bought this at an antenna shop in Toyama Prefecture. At first glance, it reminds me of a bottle of Awamori or white wine, but when I drank it, I felt a slightly sweet and mellow flavor and it flowed smoothly. I got the impression that it goes well with less intense flavors such as sashimi and boiled tofu.
