This was the first brand I drank at a corner bar in Asahikawa. It has a melon-like aroma, and its lightness and acidity are so mild that it never gets boring and you can drink it all the time. Personally, I think it goes better with crispy snacks such as white meat sashimi than with strong flavored snacks. I like Kamikawa Taisetsu, but I also like Sanzen Sakura. Repeat for sure!

I had it for the first time at a corner bar in Asahikawa, liked it, and bought it immediately. The price is a little high for a honjozo, but the taste is so elegant that it is hard to believe it is a honjozo. It has a good balance of aroma, umami, and acidity, and it goes well with any snacks, and can be enjoyed by itself without any snacks.

This was the first time I drank it, but I got the impression that the ginjo aroma was less, leaving more of a crisp, light feeling. It just feels like it is easy to drink.

I bought this sake and Comet in Asahikawa, where I was on a business trip. I hesitated to open it, but I found that I liked the aroma, flavor, and acidity of the sake so much that I had finished 3 gou of it...!

Melon-like aroma and fruity taste. It is not too peculiar in a good sense, so you can drink it all the time. I prefer it cold rather than at room temperature.

I first tried it in a sake tasting set at a local tavern. I was shocked by its fruity aroma and rich flavor, and since I liked it so much, I immediately bought it online. It is easy to drink on its own, but it also goes perfectly with sashimi and other fish dishes. This may be my favorite of all the Takachiyo products. Definitely a repeat customer!

I've never had a Junmaishu that was so mellow and angular, even at room temperature. When I heated it lukewarm, it became even less angular and easy to drink. Next time, I'd like to try it chilled. I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes.

I tasted it in a passing store and liked it, so I tried to buy a 4-gallon bottle, but it was sold out. I tried to buy a 4-gallon bottle, but it was sold out, so I bought it by weight from a 1-gallon bottle without a label. As soon as I put it in my mouth, the refreshing sweetness, gorgeous aroma, and delicious taste spread quickly. Regardless of the intensity of the flavor of the snacks, you can feel that you are drinking it.

Kaze no Mori is the one that made me fall in love with sake all over again. It's been a while since I drank Yamada Nishiki 807, but it's still stable and delicious! Now I want to try the other specs as well.

The aroma is less fruity than that of skunk cabbage, and the mellowness is more pronounced. It has a strong presence that can stand up to strong flavored snacks. The next day, it becomes a little less angular and more mellow.

It was served cold the first day, and at room temperature the next day. Even though it's Umenishiki's ordinary sake, it has an elegant and mellow aroma and flavor that you wouldn't expect from an ordinary sake. Personally, I prefer to drink it at room temperature, when the edges have mellowed.
