I bought this at an antenna shop in Toyama Prefecture.
At first glance, it reminds me of a bottle of Awamori or white wine, but when I drank it, I felt a slightly sweet and mellow flavor and it flowed smoothly.
I got the impression that it goes well with less intense flavors such as sashimi and boiled tofu.
