It was surprisingly unctuous, but had a sharpness to it that made it easy to drink. My father bought it for me because it was a Niigata limited edition, but Takachiyo was delicious as well. Seems to be a PB from Koyama Shoten. I couldn't find anything when I googled it. I'll drink it slowly.
