Daiginjo Yone no Whisper Ryuriki 17% alcohol by volume. Sake degree +3.5, acidity 1.3, aminosando 0.9. 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A district, 40% sake mother, 40% koji rice, 50% kake rice, Kumamoto Prefecture brewing research yeast #9 used. Not hot, but recommended at around 10 degrees. It can be served cold in the snow, but the aroma may be lowered. It's dry and smooth, and you won't get drunk no matter how much you drink. A miracle drink Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo (Asahi) This sake is made from the same natural cultivation as the miracle apple that remained even after 311, which became a hot topic. The Omachi rice sweetens the rice and the Asahi rice refreshes and tightens it. Asahi rice is good for aperitifs and Omachi rice is good for after dinner. Snow Boy Activated Sake Ochizakaba Taisho no Tsuru Delicious! The moment you sip it, the sourness dances in your mouth, the aroma of lactic acid bacteria is delightful! Seikou Limited Brewing Junmai Ginjo 100% Yamada Nishiki Takenoi Sake Brewery Yamanashi Alcohol content 15 degrees. Rice polishing ratio 50%. This clean and refreshing sake is brewed with subsoil water from Yatsugatake, which has one of the best springs in Japan, and vine rose yeast isolated from rose flowers. Hourai Hiyaoroshi Kuramoto Kantei Unfiltered Original Sake Watanabe Sake Brewery. Sake from Hida in Gifu Prefecture. The alcohol content is 19 degrees. It is only available in autumn. It is the best Hiyaoroshi with Akitana fish. It is mellow and aromatic, yet refreshing with a good acidity. It is also good as a sake-within-a-sake. Daiginjo Gin no Hitomi Kitaya Corporation. 16% alcohol by volume. Sake degree +6. Polishing ratio 50%. Gin no Sato" produced in Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture is used. Fruity and light. It is a dry sake with a crisp taste. It seems to be a sake that the world recognizes and has won at international shows. Personally, I like to eat it with burnt or roasted food. December 4th Morning Shibori Unfiltered Raw Sake Alcohol content 18 degrees. This Shiga sake has a pleasant aroma and acidity. We like to drink it with grilled fish or red miso. Kubota Midoriju Daiginjo, Raw Sake Asahi Shuzo (Niigata) 50% Koji rice, 40% Kake rice. 14% alcohol by volume. This sake has a sweet taste but very refreshing. Saku Ganochi Junmai Ginjo. Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten (Mie Prefecture) Hi-ire sake (with heat treatment) "KURA MASTER" is a competition of sake held in France from 2017. It has a slightly sweet and gentle taste. It definitely goes well with gingko nuts and grains. Doro-san, Kwa-chan and Te-toku recommend this sake. Because it is a mellow umami type sake, I drank it with an open-mouthed sake cup. It was delicious because the sweetness was emphasized in the clear taste. Ryuriki Junmai Ginjo Mikazuki Honda Shoten 100% Hyogo Nishiki produced in Mikazuki, Sayo-cho, Sayo-gun, Hyogo Sake mother, 50% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 16% alcohol by volume It is easy to drink like Ryuriki. Today, I served it with spicy red saury and soy sauce pork sashimi. When you eat each dish, the flavor of Mikazuki becomes a good cushion. Suehiro Namakatsu Junmai Sake from Fukushima. 16% alcohol by volume. Rice polishing ratio 60%. A delicious sake with a rich rice flavor, good acidity, and a dry taste. It goes well with most Japanese food. Ryuuriki Special Junmai Dragon I Rice polishing ratio 65%, alcohol content 16%. Cool it down and sip it squeaky clean, the crisp taste is perfect for sobering up! LOL! I'd love to drink this with some moroque and shiso! The sashimi of gatsu (pork cutlet) with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil was also a good match 🥰 Looks good with sour and spicy ✨. #Arisun in the Wilderness
