Asahi Shuzo (Niigata) 50% Koji rice, 40% Kake rice. 14% alcohol by volume.
This sake has a sweet taste but very refreshing. It is very easy to drink and you can drink it smoothly.
In this season, it goes well with Manganji Togarashi, Somen, Iburi Gakko and Nara pickled cream cheese.
