Daiginjo Yone no Whisper
Ryuriki 17% alcohol by volume. Sake degree +3.5, acidity 1.3, aminosando 0.9. 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A district, 40% sake mother, 40% koji rice, 50% kake rice, Kumamoto Prefecture brewing research yeast #9 used.
Not hot, but recommended at around 10 degrees. It can be served cold in the snow, but the aroma may be lowered.
It's dry and smooth, and you won't get drunk no matter how much you drink. It's perfect for celebrations!
