Snow, mountain monkeys Nagayama Shuzo. 15% alc. Yamada Nishiki. Polishing ratio 60%. Sake degree +3. Special 2-year aged sake, naturally aged in a 0-year-old brick warehouse. Its aroma makes it a perfect match for sashimi, nabe (hot pot), and pickles. Personally, I like to eat it with crabmeat whose shells have been grilled. It's fine at room temperature, but it's just as good heated! Exhibited at the Japanese Sake Festival. #Arisun in the Wilderness https://twitter.com/alice_wnda_thx/status/1591339052430917633?s=46&t=B69KwRQdN0T08sV5LsT_JA

Seven Sisters First packaged sake 🍶✨. It seems to be an "aromatic sake" for young people and is characterized by its fruity taste. It's like a banana-flavored candy, so I guess there are very different likes and dislikes. I heard it's good when mixed with carbonated water. I guess it's more for chu-hi drinkers than sake drinkers. #Takara Shuzo #Arisun in the Wilderness

Akabu Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai ~NEW BORN 15% alcohol by volume. Medium alcohol content. Slightly light. Made with Mirai rice, which is only given to sake breweries approved by the Jyushiyo Takagi Sake Brewery. It has a pineapple-like aroma, but it also has a firm, tight finish, so there are many dishes it can be paired with. I love this sake so much! #Arisun in the Wilderness

Kiku-Masamune Sudachi chilled sake Alcoholic strength: 10 degrees. A cup of sake bought at a souvenir shop in Tokushima. I bought this cup of sake at a souvenir shop in Tokushima. I was impressed by this sake. It is low in alcohol content, but can be enjoyed to the fullest. It may be my favorite sake that I drank in Tokushima. I would have bought several bottles if it were not refrigerated. #Arisun in the Wilderness

Hyo-taiko 己道 Junmai sake. Made in Tokushima. Alcohol content 15%. Polishing ratio 80%. Sake that is light and has the umami of water. It is similar to the junmai sake I drank in Okayama. It is light, so I think it goes with relatively anything. Especially seafood. #Arisun in the Wilderness

THE vine nigori (slight cherry blossom color) The alcohol content is 15%. When drunk straight, you can feel the characteristic nigori (nigori) taste and moderate fizz from the secondary fermentation in the bottle, but when served on the rocks, it is instantly more refreshing. A squeeze of lemon improves the slurping sensation, and the sake goes down smoothly. A cute and fun sake perfect for spring. #Arisun in the Wilderness

THE vine nigori (slight cherry blossom color) The alcohol content is 15 degrees. A cherry-colored nigorizake that has been carefully kept 🍶. I couldn't wait for the weekend to open it 😋. Better than the cherry blossoms dying! 😆 The pink color is so pretty 💖. It's secondary fermentation in the bottle, so it's fun to feel it pop in your mouth again 🥰. Cherry blossom viewing, fun! 🌸🍶

Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 507 Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Rice polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 17%. It is said that the taste changes on the first, second, third, and sixth or seventh day of opening, but I am not sure I can keep it. The first day The moment you put it in your mouth, a soft floral aroma spreads in your mouth, followed by a fruity aroma that lingers on your tongue. The second day You can see that it has opened up more than the first day. It is like a wine. The carbonation is more moderate than on the first day. Day 7 Day 7, which I managed to endure. The carbonation is almost non-existent, and the wine is quite mellow on the seventh day. On the seventh day, it is quite mellow, with a strong fruitiness and a gentle yet dignified feminine impression. It was the first time for me to drink sake in this way on different days, so it was very interesting. It was an interesting sake, like an energetic girl who becomes a working adult and becomes a little tetchy, and then in the end is wrapped up in maternal tenderness. Good! #Arisun in the Wilderness

ECHIGOZAKURA Daiginjo Ginno Tsuki 50% polished echigozakura shuzo(nigata) 15% alcohol by volume Winner of the Gold Prize at the National Kanzake Contest 2020 This sake has a sweet and gorgeous aroma. When served cold, it has a slight sweetness that goes well with sea bream and crab. Warmed up to lukewarm temperature, the rice flavor becomes mellow at once. It's easy to drink and inexpensive, so it's a good choice for winter gatherings. #Arisun in the Wilderness
