Daiginjo Gin no Hitomi
Kitaya Corporation. 16% alcohol by volume. Sake degree +6. Polishing ratio 50%. Gin no Sato" produced in Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture is used.
Fruity and light. It is a dry sake with a crisp taste. It seems to be a sake that the world recognizes and has won at international shows.
Personally, I like to eat it with burnt or roasted food.
It goes well with grilled oysters and yuzusuko.
