This sake is made from a miraculous fermentation yeast that Honda Shoten and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Himeji Dokkyo University found only among 242 types of yeast by studying the cherry blossoms of Himeji Castle. This sake is not only pretty to look at but also has a gorgeous aroma like white wine. It's so easy to drink, you'll be surprised if it's really sake! But it has a solid alcohol content of 15 degrees. The rice polishing ratio is 65%. It is a pure rice wine made from rice and rice malt. #Arisun in the wilderness

Origarage Nama Junmai Sake Hanaharu Shuzo(Fukushima) 16% alcohol by volume. The rice polishing ratio is 55%. As the name suggests, it is a sake with the "ori" intact. 720ml 1,300-1,500yen. It is a mellow sake with good acidity and good taste. I bought the label because I wanted to drink a sake that reminded me of spring, and it was the right choice! It's a good sake for a nightcap, and can be drunk on its own without any accompaniments. #Arisun in the Wilderness

Miyanoyuki Daiginjo 100% Yamada Nishiki, Polishing ratio 38%, Alcohol content 17%. This sake is refreshing, yet sweet, mellow, and easy to drink. It didn't go well with the pickled yellowtail, but it went great with the crispy tofu and sweet pork shabu without the habit😊. #Arisun in the Wilderness

Tranquility, mellow dry Junmai Daiginjo Kato Shuzo Niigata 15 degrees Polishing ratio 50%. As stated in the description, this sake is easy to drink with a crisp spiciness that lingers slightly on the tongue despite its gorgeousness. We drank it with sashimi of mackerel with sesame sauce and cooked yuba, but it never interferes with the food. It's not too much, but it's not too little, so you can drink it easily. It's also good that it's cheap as it seems to be a limited edition. #Arisun in the wilderness

Sougen Shiboritate Nama Genshu Alcohol content 19 degrees. Honjozo. Rice polishing ratio 65%. The moment you take a sip of this sake, the sweetness of the rice comes out in full force. It has a rich aroma and a strong acidity, so it will go well with boiled vegetables and spicy snacks. I'm eating ray-finned fish, but I wanted mayonnaise flavor. It is good for the middle or the end of the meal. #Arisun in the Wilderness

KINKITE MASAMUNE Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu This limited edition sake is made with 100% Kyoto "Shukyu" rice, which is rare in Kansai where Yamada Nishiki is rampant. This fruity sake is a little spicy and crisp, but also has a firm sweetness. It definitely goes well with white fish sashimi! #Arisun in the Wilderness
