Sake mother, 50% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 16% alcohol by volume
It is easy to drink like Ryuriki. Today, I served it with spicy red saury and soy sauce pork sashimi. When you eat each dish, the flavor of Mikazuki becomes a good cushion. The mellow and moderate bitterness goes well with all Japanese food.
