I bought it at the co-op just because it was a brand I somehow knew, but it was surprisingly good. I could feel the tanginess a little after a little while after opening the bottle. It has just the right amount of sweetness, spiciness, and refreshing aftertaste, and I want to repeat this bottle.

Tasake is supposed to be refreshing and easy to drink, but this is a daiginjo, so it has a sweetness. There is almost no spiciness, but rather an elegant sweetness that is not clingy, while maintaining the drinkability of Tasake. As one would expect from Tasake!

Sediment is present, and mixing it gently makes it light and cloudy. When you drink it, it is slightly effervescent and sweet. However, it has a nice aftertaste and you can drink more and more of it. It may be better than the Junmai Daiginjo Ryu no Otoshi that I drank the other day. It may be the best I have ever had. That's how good it is!

Buy at Minoya Light and fruity Not too rich and refreshing. Not too much alcohol in the aroma, just right. Quite delicious. I want to repeat this bottle. And it's only 1,100 yen for 500ml. ☆☆☆☆☆

Made in Akita Prefecture, but a local sake from Setana Town in Hokkaido It was named after Ginko Ogino, who was the first female doctor to practice medicine in the Meiji era (1868-1912), in the hope that the sake would be healthy, safe and secure. Local volunteers got together to create this sake. It has a good taste, but I think it lacks sweetness and aroma. ★★☆☆☆☆☆
