Made in Akita Prefecture, but a local sake from Setana Town in Hokkaido
It was named after Ginko Ogino, who was the first female doctor to practice medicine in the Meiji era (1868-1912), in the hope that the sake would be healthy, safe and secure.
Local volunteers got together to create this sake.
It has a good taste, but I think it lacks sweetness and aroma.
