Sediment is present, and mixing it gently makes it light and cloudy.
When you drink it, it is slightly effervescent and sweet.
However, it has a nice aftertaste and you can drink more and more of it.
It may be better than the Junmai Daiginjo Ryu no Otoshi that I drank the other day.
It may be the best I have ever had.
