I ordered a bottle of this sake because it was so delicious when I tried it. I thought it was a mildly sweet sake, but it was sharp and dry. Interesting. It tastes sweet at the moment you first put it in your mouth, but it is a very refreshingly dry sake. It went well with the green tea churros we ordered for dessert. Thanks to this wonderful store for introducing me to such delicious sake. Alcohol content: 16%. Sake strength: -10 Acidity: 2.1 Rice polishing ratio: 60

This is another sake that was included in the trial set. According to the store's description, "A sake with a natural rice flavor in perfect harmony and a floral ginjo aroma that reminds one of a mysterious moonlight. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a long lingering flavor. It is recommended to be served cold, but it is also enjoyable to savor it lukewarm. That's what he said. It was delicious. This is a glass that was included in a seasonal trial set at a sake bar that offers a wide selection of sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. It is fruity, slightly effervescent, and very tasty with a soft mouthfeel and sharpness. It tastes like a hit. No wonder it is recommended even though it is already autumn. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15

I found this pre-dawn bottle at Tsuruya in Karuizawa in July. It is a fresh bottle, having just been brewed in the month I bought it. Junmai-shu brewed with 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Tatsuno-cho, Nagano Prefecture. The rice polishing ratio is 60%. Luxurious and elegant aroma. The clarity is not half bad, but the umami and rice flavor are also very strong. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. Delicious. I enjoyed it slowly by itself after dinner, but I recommend it as an in-dinner drink.

Sake recommended by a Niigata store in Ginza🍶. It is made only with rice and has a low alcohol content, but is very effervescent. This is delicious 🥰. It has a refreshing aftertaste with the flavor of rice, making it perfect for both aperitifs and after-dinner drinks. Today I had it with mozzarella and tomato salad and four cheese ravioli with green pesto. It was versatile as a food wine. Next time I want to enjoy its fruity aroma in a glass of champagne 🥂. Myokayama Honjozo won in a sake gacha at Nagaoka Settaya. It comes with a cute green glass. It goes in smoothly and smoothly. The sweetness and umami of the rice are well balanced with a clean aftertaste. Although it is a honjozo, it has an elegant taste like a sake for young ladies. This time it was served chilled, but it would also be delicious at room temperature or hot sake. The following is from Myoko Shuzo's product description This is our standard light, delicious sake with just the right amount of rice flavor and a smooth texture that goes down your throat, so you won't get tired of drinking it every evening. This sake has won first place twice in the honjozo category at the International Wine Challenge in the past. Alcohol content 15.5%. I came across this sake at TAU, a Hiroshima brand store in Ginza. The Hanazake Shuzo brewery uses medium-hard water to make their sake, and they carefully follow traditional methods. All the sakes we tasted were delicious. This Sakurazome is a classic sake, but easy to drink with a fruity, dry, and refreshing taste. It was served chilled, just like summer. It would go well with anything as a food sake. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol percentage: 15
