Sake recommended by a Niigata store in Ginza🍶. It is made only with rice and has a low alcohol content, but is very effervescent. This is delicious 🥰. It has a refreshing aftertaste with the flavor of rice, making it perfect for both aperitifs and after-dinner drinks. Today I had it with mozzarella and tomato salad and four cheese ravioli with green pesto. It was versatile as a food wine. Next time I want to enjoy its fruity aroma in a glass of champagne 🥂. What the heck is this! It's totally different from what I expected! There is a habit in the aroma! It has a savory aroma like the bone wine and kajika sake I drank earlier, I was so surprised! It's not fruity. It's sweet, though! I'm going for a fruity sparkling - I'm not so sure there's that much aroma to the taste! So drinkable! If you chill it more in the fridge, it's a little less savory! Less sweet? Not spicy, not sour!

Ponshukan Niigata Station Store Alcohol content: 17 Polishing ratio 50%. It has a beautiful flavor due to the fact that it is aged in ice temperature, while it has a sense of maturity that is typical of old sake.
