Oh, yummy! The aroma is gorgeous and nicely done! It's been aged for a while, but it's so light and gorgeous. The president of the brewery was there, I was also able to talk to him for a while. It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink. The tochiai (fried tofu) is also great! I was told that it is a premium sake, as it is usually aged for one year! Yay!
