まらっか
I came across this sake at TAU, a Hiroshima brand store in Ginza. The Hanazake Shuzo brewery uses medium-hard water to make their sake, and they carefully follow traditional methods. All the sakes we tasted were delicious.
This Sakurazome is a classic sake, but easy to drink with a fruity, dry, and refreshing taste. It was served chilled, just like summer. It would go well with anything as a food sake.
