Noto Peninsula Earthquake
We got a bottle of Chose Mai from Kuze Sake Brewery, the closest brewery to my parents' house 😋The only things that broke in the earthquake were soy sauce and shochu, not a single bottle of sake 😳This sake looks like a good omen for Kuze Sake Brewery that never breaks ✨.
It is a sake made with unique rice (long-lived rice) and soft water 🍶´- opened at room temperature💭The aroma is mild😊The flavor is slightly matured, but it is light, mellow and delicious 😚Killer and easy to drink 😘It felt like a royal sake of sake with a good flavor 😀
It is limited to 5,000 bottles, so is it a valuable sake? Is it or is it a delicious sake 🥳✨?
Hi Pon, hello ☀️😀
The area around my house was also 5+ on the seismic intensity scale, so it shook quite a bit, but the sake didn't crack, which is great👍.
I'd like to take this opportunity to drink some sake in my neighborhood 🥳.

20 degrees Celsius! This is sake! We also recommend to drink it on the rocks!
Impression・The earthquake on New Year's Day in 2024. This is a sake brewery of an acquaintance of mine. Tsubata-cho was not badly damaged. Drink and contribute!
#Go for it, Ishikawa!
Sake Marche Week Hyakumangoku No Shiro Night 9! Sake with coffee beans and a hint of coffee flavor, served with tiramisu! The richness of the mascarpone matched with the chunkiness of the Chosei Mai.
It tastes like a junmai ginjo. After a series of watery sakes, you can feel the richness of the flavor. The finish is a little heavy and burns in the stomach.
Tasting. The rice is their own rice.
It has a sweetness like mirin (sweet sake).
It is an austere sake.
It might be good hot. Delicious. It is a very typical sake.
It was in our refrigerator, but I don't remember when or where I bought it 😱.
And I'll take it without worrying about that ✨😌✨.
What surprised me a bit was the screw cap, which is thick and thin. There was no resistance at all when opening it, it was really sealed? It feels like it was really sealed.
When poured, it is a clear yellow color.
The aroma has an aged smell that I don't like.
The first dive was a clear, refreshing feeling with acidity!
Then the taste of matured rice spread across the palate.
On the tongue, there is a thick umami flavor.
The spiciness, sweetness, and finally astringency appear while a sense of gloss is transmitted to the back of the throat.
The taste is rich, like sea urchin mixed with honey, and it makes you groan with deep flavor 😋.
Three days after opening the bottle, the peculiarity is gone and it has turned into a drink full of freshness 😚 Sweetness, astringency, and bitterness appear all at once, leaving a lingering taste in the mouth.
Seems like it would be better to let it sit for a few days 😉.
