We decided to sample Kochi sake in the basement, but the tasting was scheduled to start at a certain time, and the last one had just ended.
Since we have almost two hours until the next tasting, we decided to have a server drink at "HOKURIKU+" where bouken-san had a drink a while ago.

◉Chouseiomai Ishikawamon Junmai Ginjo
The nose has a slightly burnt aroma. It's sweet and full-bodied, but tastes like something from the countryside.
I think bouken-san said it tasted like rice bran. It certainly has a hint of that.
I had never seen this brand in bouken's review, so I wanted to try it.

Choseomai reminds me of Hoshomai from "Shomni".
The sweetness is pretty good, but there's a slight braniness to it.
It reminds me of the classic sake that you can find in souvenir shops.

We got a bottle of Chose Mai from Kuze Sake Brewery, the closest brewery to my parents' house 😋The only things that broke in the earthquake were soy sauce and shochu, not a single bottle of sake 😳This sake looks like a good omen for Kuze Sake Brewery that never breaks ✨.
It is a sake made with unique rice (long-lived rice) and soft water 🍶´- opened at room temperature💭The aroma is mild😊The flavor is slightly matured, but it is light, mellow and delicious 😚Killer and easy to drink 😘It felt like a royal sake of sake with a good flavor 😀
