The taste is soft and gentle, like a clear drop of water.
As the name suggests, it has a calm impression like gently falling rain. The rice has a strong flavor and a very clean aftertaste. This is delicious.
The sake was produced by Daisuke Ono, a voice actor, who named it after his own song "Ameon" and played it during fermentation.
