WASHIN. Wa ni Kokoro.
I bought this when I went to Okayama on a business trip.
People in Okayama have warm hearts.
At first I thought it was hard to drink, but it lingers on.
I finally was able to purchase it. Katsukoma.
It goes very well with sashimi.
Personally, I prefer to drink it with food rather than by itself.
The company was founded in 1906. Keisuke Seito I, who was a member of the cavalry during the Russo-Japanese War, opened a sake brewery after returning to Japan. He named it "Katsikoma" to commemorate the victory in the war.
