元々、晩酌の時はチューハイ飲んでから日本酒という流れだったのがいつの間にやら日本酒オンリーになってました(笑) 最近では古酒も作ろうかと収納の奥に数本、日本酒を寝かせてます🍶 3年くらい経ったら飲もうかと思いますがどんな味になるのか今からワクワクです✨ それまで思わず手が伸びてしまわないように気を付けないとですが…。

On the way back from climbing Mt. Shia, I went to a sake brewery near Ueda station and got this sake 🍶. There was another sake called "Inakura no Tanada" at the direct sales counter, and I was told that I could only buy one of them. It was fire-brewed, but it was a very tasty sake with freshness and a good balance of sweetness 🍶.
